Flights Coach Travel, established in 1913, is part of Flights Travel Group which operates a fleet of 128 very modern luxury coaches from three depots in Birmingham, Bournemouth and Portsmouth making it the third largest operator in the UK. The majority of the fleet are late model Volvo and Dennis Plaxtons as well as late model Bova and Scania Irizars. The Company are engaged on British and Continental Holiday tours throughout the year plus excursions and tours, express services, private hire and corporate conference and exhibition work. In the fleet there are three special conference liners for corporate work and also for carrying Aston Villa, West Bromwich Albion and Bournemouth Football Clubs. In 1995/96 the Company was awarded Coach Operator of the Year and in 1997, won Coach of the Year as well as Top Coach of the Year.
