The rebuilt Merchant Navy Class locomotive is a new generation of model for the new millennium. Produced to the exacting Super Detail standard, the model specification includes blackened finish handrails and wheels plus etched brass valve gear and-ádetailed cab interior. The model also features a five pole motor housed in the locomotive body for greatly enhanced slow speed running.

-á Originally outshopped from Eastleigh Works in 1945, 'Bibby Line' was rebuilt in 1956 and withdrawn in the early months of 1965. It is unfortunate that this locomotive has the dubious record of being the only member of the class of be cut up by BR. This fine model depicts 'Bibby Line' as it appeared in the late 1950's complete with a scale 6000 gallon tender.
