Creative Master Northcord Ltd UK3031 Dennis Dart/Plaxton MPD - Cardiff Bus (193 - CE02 UUM)

There has been a bit of silence of its Plaxton Pointer-bodied Dennis Dart replicas in the past 10 months, but now Creative Master Northcord Limited (CMNL) has proudly released its latest version of this casting. It is UK3031, carrying Cardiff Bus brand new colours. UK3031 represents fleet number 193 (CE02 UUM). Cardiff Bus fleet number 193, a Dennis Dart with Plaxton Mini Pointer body from 2002, is featured wearing the livery applied to all vehicles going through a refurbishment procedure from 2009 onwards. The new livery has revised exterior branding, whilst in the interior of the bus, all moquette has been replaced with bespoke Cardiff Bus upholstery, all internal advertising replaced with Cardiff BusGÇÖ own messages and promotions. This is a one-piece casting whose clean lines accentuate the bonded windows and livery application on which all logos and lettering are clearly legible. The model also features excellent detailing, inside and out, including an opening engine door, showing the detailed, environmentally friendly Euro 3 engine. All grab rails feature inside the replica and in their correct positions. The construction method of this replica permits realistic-looking front and rear lights GÇô in particular the front headlamp / indicator assembly whose headlamp is transparent and indicator is translucent.
