Whitfield (Transport) Ltd was formed in 1981 and is located on Portrack Lane in the heart of StocktonGÇÖs industrial and commercial sector. The fleet comprises of 30 Volvo tractor units, seventy skeletal trailers and several curtainsided trailers. The majority of these are plated to 44 tonnes. The silver and maroon units all have a distinctive hand painted livery to produce a very professional image for any potential client. The main part of the business is UK container transport of exports and imports and containers are stored on site for several shipping lines. The 4-acre site is operational 24 hours a day and has approx. 20,000 sq. ft. of warehousing.
