Corgi OM40811.(C) Bristol/ECW FS Lodekka rear platform d/deck bus in green "Southern Vectis"

Two Bristol Lodekka FS6G's with ECW bodywork were bought new by Southern Vectis during 1960 which entered service in Tilling Green and Cream livery. They were the Company's first FS type Lodekkas. During the 70's TDL998 and TDL999 were repainted into NBC Leaf Green and White livery. From 1978 our model was used on driver training duties and in 1980 it was repainted into NBC livery but with a yellow band between the decks instead of a white one. In 1986 it was re-registered ABK 832A and in 1987 repainted back into its original livery, re-registered back to TDL 998 and began operating as part of the vintage fleet. After a few spells on loan to Solent Blue Line and at the Isle of Wight Bus Museum at Newport, it was sold in 2001 for preservation.
