Fleet No: 825 Route No: 50 to Hollingdean Brighton & Hove Bus & Coach Company was formed in 1986 with a management buyout in 1987 from the NBC subsidiary Southdown. In 1993 B & H became part of the Go-Ahead Group. The Company currently operates over 250 buses on over 50 routes in the local area with almost 900 staff. Trident 825 is one of a batch of 20 Dennis Tridents with East Lancs Lolyne bodywork delivered to B & H in 2000. 8 were painted in the standard red & cream livery, 2 in burgundy for METRO Line 1 and 10 in blue for METRO Line 49. 825 is normally seen on local routes 10/10A and 50/50A. In 1999 B & H started naming buses after local celebrities and people associated with the development of B & H. 825 is named after Sir Winston Churchill who went to school in Hove.
