Hornby R2265 Class A3 4-6-2 2751 "Humorist" in LNER green

Exhaust smoke and fumes from the LNER Class A1 and-áA3's tended to odscure the driver's vision and a great dealof time, experimentation and money was spent to relieve the problem. 'Humorist' was used during the experimentation and one of the-ásolutions attempted-áto lif the smoke clear of the-ácab windows was the fitting of a double chimney. Hornby's model shows 'Humorist' fitted with this type of chimney that dates the model as-áthe prototype appeared-áin April 1932.
