How to Use Kerbside Pickup
This service is currently operational.
Place an order on our website and choose the “Kerbside Pickup" shipping option to have your order left in one of our lockers. You can then come along and collect your item(s) at a time that best suits you. The lockers are accessible 24 hours a day.

Automatic Shipping
Kerbside Pickup orders can be held in a locker for a maximum of seven days.
If you are unable to collect your order within this timeframe, we will automatically have your order shipped out to your home address.

How to Collect Your Order
Our collection lockers are located to the right of our entrance gates. They are accessible via their own door, 24 hours a day (even when our main hub is closed). To ensure the security of your parcels, the key is collected from a keysafe inside. After you have placed your order online, you will receive an email or text message with details of how to collect your order and your pin code for the keysafe.
If you require assistance during your visit. Feel free to use the video doorbell system, located to the left of the keysafe. A member of staff will be able to guide you.
Using the Keysafe
Upon entering, you will be presented with a key safe, which is where you will collect the key for your locker. Follow the steps below:

Retrieve Your Key

Find the Corresponding Locker

FAQs
Q) How much notice do I need to give to collect?
A) 24 hours. Please note that orders are only placed in a locker on weekdays. Please await your text message before visiting.
Q) How long can I leave an item in a locker before collecting?
A) We recommend collecting as soon as possible. You order can't be left in a locker longer than 7 days. We suggest you use our Trunk Service, for longer term order storage.
Q) What is the £4 charge?
A) This is a deposit, which is refunded to your payment card upon collection of your order.
Q) When can I access the lockers?
A) They are accessible 24hrs a day.
