Latest Update - 12th April 2021
As we are now into April and with the UK lockdown restrictions being altered, we wanted to confirm our operational status.
Our physical store in Widnes, Cheshire remains closed at present. When this changes, we will provide updates on our website, by email, and elsewhere. Our Curbside Pickup service is available to use instead, which allows you to place your order online or over the phone and collect your item(s) contact-free from lockers situated just outside our base. These are available to use 24/7.
If you require any assistance, our Customer Experience team are available Monday to Sunday from 9:30am to 5:30pm BST.
Helpdesk
Our helpdesk are now available between 9:30am to 5:30pm GMT, 7 days a week.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will COVID-19 affect the release dates for forthcoming items (either from Hattons Originals or from other manufacturers)?
There is a possibility that factory shutdowns and delays in shipping will cause some items to be released later than currently expected due to COVID-19. As soon as we receive updated delivery date information, this is added straight onto our product listings. So any delays will be communicated to customers as soon as possible.
Is it possible to catch coronavirus from a package?
According to the NHS, there is currently no evidence that parcels can spread the disease.
Are you still despatching orders?
We are currently despatching orders but will monitor the situation and adhere to any further government guidance.
