Frequently Asked Questions
Where is the Hattons Model Railways shop based?
We are based in Widnes, just a short drive from Liverpool and 5 minutes from the M62.
See our "Find our Shop" page for more info.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes we do. All our international postage is priced based on the size and weight of the items purchased, and also vary according to the postage service selected.
To see all available postage options when placing an order online, simply progress to the stage where you enter your delivery address and you will be able to see a list of postage options and couriers which we offer to your location along with their associated costs.
When do I pay for an item if I pre-order it?
When you place a pre-order we will take your address and payment details which are then held securely against your order. Once the item is released by the manufacturer and we have it in stock, we will automatically charge your payment method and either despatch the item(s) to you, or add them to your Hattons Trunk if the option has been selected.
