Q: Can I access your store via public transport?
A: The closest railway station to our store is Hough Green, various stopping services from Liverpool Lime Street and Manchester Oxford Road/ Picadilly call here. From there, it's just a 10 minute taxi ride. (The store is not accessible by foot) Find out more on our "How to Get Here" page.
Q: Do I get a warranty with my purchases?
A: Yes! All products purchased from us (including pre-owned stock) come with a 6-month warranty as standard. If a product develops an issue after that time, you can still contact us for help and advice. Find out more on our "Returns Policy" page.
Q: Can you repair my locomotive?
A: We don't currently offer repair services. However, we can replace or attempt to repair locomotives purchased from us that are still under warranty.

A: Hatton's manufactured products are produced with a range of high-quality partners, in the UK, China and across the globe.
