The Hornby DCC Select Digital Control is the perfect way to enter the digital world of model railways. The Select is capable of having control over 60 locomotives and providing power is available, run 8 locomotives at any one time. The Select can also operate 40 accessories including point motors.

The Select can be used as a walkabout companion when connected to the Elite (no leads included). If you also need the leads, they are under product code R8236)

The Hornby Elite is the unit for those who wish to take their train control to a new and advanced level. The Elite is more than capable of answering the needs of most railway layouts. Twin control with press switch function, 17 button keyboard, wide function LCD screen display, 4 amp power unit, the capabilities of registering 255 locomotive addresses, as well as 255 accessory addresses and that includes point control, plus a USB portal for linking to a personal computer. The Hornby Elite is quite literally designed for the model layout that demands more control.
The R8213 Select can be used as a walkabout companion when connected to the Elite.
