We advise you not to send a whole credit card number in a single ordinary E-mail. Send your card details and order in 2 seperate emails, for extra security

Prices

All our prices are in Pound Sterling and include VAT (UK & EC purchase tax)
Price changes are implemented to coincide with the release dates of the magazines which we advertise within, give or take a day or so
- Reductions are applied when the first of the monthly magazines comes out (generally around the 7th of the month)
- Increases are applied when the last of the monthly magzines comes out (generally around the 14th of the month)

Payment for goods

If paying by cheque please send by post. Make cheques payable to "Hattons Model Railways Ltd ".

If paying by credit or debit card please include the card number, expiry date and 3-digit CVV security number from the reverse of the card (above security strip). The buy-online facility built into our websites are secure so you can be assured that when giving your credit card details no-one else will have access to them.

Switch (please include the long account number, issue number, and expiry date). (Some cards also require start date, namely switch cards issued by Royal Bank of Scotland).
Visa
Visa Electron. We cannot take payment over the web or over the phone through this method - the card holder must be present with the card on the premises.

VAT (Value Added Tax) and Import tax

This is charged to orders destined to EU-member countries. Customers living in non-EU countries will not be charged VAT.

You may have to pay your own countries equivalent to customs/import tax.

General information

When ordering a second or subsequent time, you must still supply full mailing address details, and credit/debit card details (if paying by this method)
Please do not send the same order to us two or more times as it can result in us despatching duplicate orders e.g. An order by email with a fax sent or a letter in the post

Cancellation Rights

The consumer has the right to cancel their order within 7 working days without giving a reason. The 7 working days start from the day after the day the customer receives the goods. The customer may have to pay the cost of returning the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
