EZ Command DCC controller - boxed
Features include:
- Plug and play compatibility with all DCC systems
- One-Button on-track programming
- Plug-in wiring
- Separate wall transformer
- Digitally controlled speed, direction and lighting of all DCC-equipped locomotives/units from any manufacturer
- 128 speed steps for smooth operation
- 10 function control, for lights, sound (if fitted)
- Can control one analogue locomotive at a time
- Select up to 10 locomotives from your larger fleet to have on the layout at once,
reprogramming the locomotive decoders for each session to suit the address numbers available
The Bachmann 36-500 EZ Command controller was developed by Bachmann in partnership
with Lenz. It is therefore based on standard Lenz DCC principles.
EZ Command DCC Chips (36-550 and 36-551) are Lenz chips in a Bachmann
bag. Users wishing to develop a complex Lenz-based system, can use EZ Command
Chips
perfectly well. If a user has Lenz-fitted locomotives, and wishes to run
them
on a friends EZ Command Layout, then it would also work.
EZ Command items are manufactured to the NMRA Standard
DCC specifications. Therefore, EZ Command DCC Chips will work perfectly well
with TCS, ZTC and other sytems. (DCC Chips from these manufacturers
are compatible with EZ Command)
